NIGHT LIGHT COMICS: ORIGINS and other news

2009 marks NIGHT LIGHT COMICS' 5 year anniversary, so to CELEBRATE i'm introducing a new project called NIGHT LIGHT COMICS: ORIGINS. it's gonna be a 9-part series, each one showcasing a different character that's appeared in previous NLC books. each chapter will be a quick backstory, explaining how and why all these character will eventually end up together and make-up a stupid super hero team...or something like that. i'm gonna be posting them here, and on myspace, but eventually will be collecting them in one complete book. to start things off right the first two chapters are up (below) and i hope to be getting the rest out as quick as possible. here's the rundown:

for the two of you out there who've read NLC, you'll recognize most of these characters, but a couple are new so, yeah...

and COMING SOON: NON-ADVENTURES of TRENCHCOAT and KIM #2! it'll be the complete story-arc from LOVE IN THE TIME OF SCABBIES, and will include the never before printed ending, which pretty much sets the stage for the events to come. and if you haven't-- check some more free comics in the GALLERY section on this-here-website. i'm really excited about all this. so yeah, check out the new ORIGINS and expect more NLC stuff soon!
